Briefing Register

The briefing register is used to record employee attendance to Tool Box Talks (TBT), Briefings and Training sessions. Please submit one record per briefing subject. For example, if a briefing was delivered on both CFA Piling and Concrete Pumping in the same session, one register should be completed for each subject.

Usage

  1. Enter the date the briefing was delivered on. This defaults to todays date.
  2. Then enter the briefing subject. If deliverying a TBT, start typing its name and then select from the dropdown. Otherwise, enter free text.
  3. Next enter the jobd. Start typing the name or number to filter the results. You must select a job from the dropdown to continue.
  4. Enter the start time and end time in HH:MM 24 hour format.
  5. Duration will automatically be calculated based on the start and end time.
  6. Select a method of delivery from the dropdown. If selecting Other you will be presented with an additional field in order to free type a method of delivery.
  7. Now you will need to search for the attendees. Type a name in the attendee box to search for it. Once selected click the + button to add them. Should you add the wrong attendee, you can click the bin icon next to their name to remove them.
  8. Once all attendees have been added, pass them your deivce to click the Sign button next to their name.
  9. Only once all attendees have signed, can you click the Sign and submit button. You will then be prompted to sign the record prior to it submitting.
