Goods Returned

The goods returned form is used to inform Centrum and Aarsleff Plant Dept. that goods are being return from a site.

Usage

1. Enter the job. Start typing the job name or number to filter the dropdown list. You must select a job from the dropdown to continue.
2. Adjust the collection date if required. It will default to todays date.
3. Seearch for a foreman by typing their name. You must select a person from the dropdown to continue.
4. Enter the registration number of the vehicle collecting the return delivery.
5. If required, enter the piles being returned.
6. If required, enter any other items being returned.
7. Notes can finally be entered if necessary.
8. Click the Submit button to complete the goods return form.
